REFUND POLICY

This refund policy complements your rights as a consumer under any applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.

All funds deposited by players are stored in their personal WatchMeWin accounts. These player funds are maintained in dedicated bank accounts, entirely separate from the company’s operational accounts.

If a customer experiences an issue related to a deposit, they are entitled to raise a dispute and may then proceed with a refund request.

To initiate a refund, players must contact our Customer Support team, provide a clear explanation of the issue, and specify the amount they are seeking to be refunded.

For a refund request to be reviewed and processed, WatchMeWin may require account verification. This process may include providing a valid form of identification, a recent proof of address (no older than three months), and documentation proving the original payment.

Refunds will only be considered if the deposited amount is still present in the player's account and the request is submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial deposit. If the request falls outside this window, it must include a detailed explanation and valid justification to be considered.

Refund requests are typically processed within a maximum of five business days.

We reserve the right to delay a refund until we have verified the identity of the account holder to our satisfaction.

All approved refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the deposit. If the original deposit method does not allow for refunds, the funds will be returned via a bank transfer.

Once approved, the refund will be executed within seventy-two (72) hours.

If the refund request is declined, the customer will be informed of the reason for rejection.

If the customer disagrees with the decision, they are encouraged to contact Customer Support again, at which point a manager will personally handle the issue.

If the issue remains unresolved after escalation, the customer is advised to follow the formal Complaints Procedure outlined by WatchMeWin.
